Common questions
What counts as a 'signal'?
A signal is generated when a NSE/BSE stock's price touches a Fibonacci retracement level (38.2%, 50%, 61.8%, or 78.6%) with sufficient momentum. Each signal includes an entry, target, stop-loss, R/R ratio, and confidence score. This is computed by a fixed research process on a set schedule — it is not generated by a chatbot or produced live per user.
Are MintX signals generated by AI or a chatbot?
No. Signals come from a fixed, rule-based research methodology — Fibonacci retracement plus systematic scoring — that runs identically for every stock, every day. Our in-app assistant is a completely separate tool: it only helps you navigate the app and has no role in creating or influencing any signal. See our Methodology page for details.
Is there a free trial for Plus or Pro?

What is Autopilot?
Autopilot watches deterministic, rule-based conditions (price levels, signal state, moving-average crossovers) and alerts you the moment one triggers, with every alert logged to a journal for later review. It runs on fixed rules you configure — never a live/generative process. Autopilot is a paid feature: Plus includes 5 rules plus an email digest channel, and Pro includes 15.
What are Smart Baskets?
Smart Baskets let you group stocks by theme with target weights and track combined performance. The Strategy Builder lets you set filters to instantly preview matching stocks and auto-create a basket. Pro users also get Model-curated Smart Suggestions with one-click basket creation.
How is signal accuracy calculated?
We track every signal from the moment it's generated until it either hits its target or stop-loss. A signal only counts as reconciled once that outcome is known — the current and most recent month are excluded from the published rate until reconciliation is complete. What's the difference between Quarterly and Annual billing?
Annual billing gives you the same features at a lower effective monthly rate — Plus drops from ₹999/mo to ₹833/mo, and Pro from ₹1,666/mo to ₹1,333/mo. You're billed once a year instead of every quarter.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Any data beyond your new plan's limits is kept but read-only until you upgrade again.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking through our secure Razorpay integration.
