1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MintX (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Platform Description

MintX is a research and analytics platform that provides Fibonacci-based technical analysis signals, market data, screener tools, FII/DII institutional flow data, and related educational content for Indian equity markets (NSE/BSE).

The Platform is provided strictly for educational and research purposes. It does not constitute investment advice. See our Disclaimer for full details.

3. Progressive Web App (PWA) & Device Features

MintX is available as an installable Progressive Web App (PWA) — no app store required. The following features are entirely optional and each requires your explicit consent before activating:

• Offline access — the app caches its interface and your most recently viewed pages locally. Live market data requires an active connection. Cached data is a snapshot from your last session; MintX accepts no liability for decisions based on stale offline data.
• App Lock (biometric / device PIN)— you may optionally enable a biometric or PIN lock via WebAuthn/FIDO2. Biometric data never leaves your device's secure hardware. Disabling this feature has no effect on your subscription or core functionality.
• Push notifications — only sent if you explicitly grant notification permission. You can revoke this at any time from Settings → Notifications or your device/browser settings.
• Motion sensor (shake-to-refresh) — on iOS devices, the app requests accelerometer permission for an optional shake-to-refresh gesture. Sensor data is processed entirely on-device and is never transmitted to our servers.
• Invite a Friend— tapping this button opens your device's native contact picker. No contact data is sent to or stored by MintX; only a flag that you used the feature is recorded.
• Protocol links & Share Target — the app registers the web+mintx:// deep-link protocol and may appear as a share target on your device. Shared content is used only to navigate within the Platform and is not stored.

Denying any of the above permissions does not restrict access to core Platform features (signals, screener, portfolio, market data).

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform.
• You must be a resident of India or accessing the Platform under applicable laws of your jurisdiction.
• Corporate entities may register under a single authorised representative account.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without explicit authorisation.

5. Account Registration

Sign-in is passwordless: we email you a one-time 6-digit code to authenticate. Keep access to your registered email secure and do not share login codes. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mintx.trade if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform features.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

MintX offers a free Starter tier and paid Pro subscriptions. Pro plans are recurring subscriptions billed via Razorpay and auto-renew until cancelled. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) exclusive of GST — 18% GST is added at checkout and shown as a separate line item before you pay.

• Pro Quarterly — ₹2,999 billed every 3 months, recurring.
• Pro Annual — ₹9,999 billed every 12 months, recurring.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until you cancel from Account Settings.
• Cancellation stops future renewals; Pro access continues until the current period ends.
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days’ prior notice to active subscribers.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense MintX signals or data to third parties.
• Use the Platform to spread false market information or engage in market manipulation.
• Attempt to circumvent authentication, rate-limiting, or security controls.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to access the Platform at scale.
• Share your account credentials with others.

8. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use. No other rights are granted.

9. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You can export or permanently delete your account data at any time from Settings → Data & Privacy.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided “as-is” and “as-available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintX and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any financial losses from reliance on signals or data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification at least 7 days before changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
