Refund Policy

MintX offers a free Starter tier with no credit card required. No charges are ever applied to free accounts, so no refunds apply.

All MintX Pro subscriptions — quarterly (₹2,999 / 3 months) and annual (₹9,999 / year) — are recurring and non-refundable. By completing a subscription purchase you acknowledge and agree that:

• No refund will be issued for any reason once payment is confirmed.
• This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, non-use of the service, dissatisfaction with signal accuracy, or market conditions.
• Cancellation stops future auto-renewals but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled by you.

We encourage you to use the free Starter tier to evaluate MintX before upgrading to Pro.

All Pro plans are recurring subscriptions processed via Razorpay. You may cancel at any time from Account Settings → Subscription. Upon cancellation:

• Auto-renewal is stopped immediately — you will not be charged again.
• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period (quarterly or annual).
• No partial-period refund is issued for the remaining days.
• You may re-subscribe at any time; a new billing cycle begins on the date of re-subscription.

If you were charged for a failed transaction or charged twice for the same subscription, contact billing@mintx.trade with your Razorpay order ID. We will investigate and process a full refund for erroneous charges within 3 business days.

MintX is a research and analysis platform. Signals, levels, and data are generated from quantitative Fibonacci and momentum models and are tracked against historical win rates. However, MintX does not guarantee any returns, profits, or the accuracy of any signal. Trading in the stock market involves substantial market risk and capital can be lost.

A loss incurred while following a MintX signal does not constitute grounds for a refund. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a SEBI-registered investment adviser before acting on any signal.
